If you want to become more confident in real estate, don’t try to change everything at once.

For the next 90 days, choose:

One income-producing activity you’re going to do consistently.

One skill you’re going to improve.

And one limiting belief you’re going to stop carrying.

Maybe it’s:

“I’m not good enough.”

“The market is too hard.”

“Everyone already has an agent.”

“I’m not confident enough.”

Challenge that story.

Because sometimes the biggest thing standing between you and your next level isn’t the market.

It’s the story you’re telling yourself about the market.

I learned this throughout my own real estate career—particularly when dealing with some of the industry’s male “alpha agents.”

You know the type.

They dominate the room, try to intimidate you and do their best to rattle your confidence.

My self-talk became:

“Stand your ground. Smile. Remember your worth. You may be good at what you do—but so am I.”

I didn’t need to become louder than them.

I needed to believe in myself.

And that’s something I want other women in real estate to remember.

You don’t need to become somebody else to succeed.

You need to become a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

When you have a bad day, keep going.

When someone says no, keep going.

When the phone doesn’t ring, keep going.

Because success isn’t created only on the days when everything goes well.

It’s created on the days when you don’t feel like doing it—and you do it anyway.

So, for the next 90 days:

What’s the ONE thing you’re going to commit to doing consistently?

Put it in the comments.

Sometimes confidence starts by simply keeping the promises you make to yourself.
